After a successful UK tour to coincide with the release of Thomas’ brilliant new album A Map Of The Floating City there are plans to tour the US and Europe in 2012 please see the LIVE page for dates..

Kevin is also working on television projects with Endemol and Sky. There will also be further appearances with Sarah Jane Morris in the new year.

Morrissey

Morrissey and EMI have announced the 2010 release of an anniversary edition of the singer’s 1990 compilation Bona Drag. Kevin co-wrote the songs ‘Piccadilly Palare’ and ‘He Knows I’d Love To See Him’ on this LP. And played guitar on the tracks ‘Ouija Board Ouija Board’, ‘November Spawned a Monster’, and ‘Yes I Am Blind’ The reissue has been remastered and overseen by Morrissey and will be available through the resurrected 1960s Major Minor imprint on September 27. The 20th anniversary edition features six previously-unreleased songs from various sessions  including ‘Oh Phoney’, co-written with Kevin,(from the Bona Drag sessions) Bona Drag will be available on CD and double-heavyweight 180g vinyl.

SinĂ©ad O’Connor

In 2007/8, Kevin played guitar on a world tour by Sinéad O’Connor. The iconoclastic Irish diva visited countries she had never before played including Turkey, Russia, Poland and Australia as well as undertaking coast to coast gigs in America. Her band apart from Kevin included long-time partner and producer John Reynolds, bassist Clare Kenny as well as cellist Caroline Dale and multi-instumentalist Kieran Kiely. The tour ended with a performance with the BBC Belfast symphony orchestra which was broadcast globally. Kevin is currently working on tracks with John Reynolds for Sinéad’s new LP.
